Not happy with your items?
If you're not happy with your items, please let us know at hello@borro-it.com as soon as possible. Then just pop them straight back in the post using the free returns label and we'll sort you out a refund. Initial shipping cost will not be refunded.
Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility
Once an order is marked as "Delivered" by the courier, and there is proof of delivery at the correct address (eg photo proof), responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. We strongly recommend ensuring someone is available to receive the parcel at the designated delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for items that go missing or are lost after the responsibility for the package transfers to the customer.
