Subscriptions
Payment
Upon subscribing, you authorise Borro and/or our third party payment processor to charge your payment card for the applicable amount on a recurring monthly basis until cancellation or automatic termination. General wear and tear to Borro items in your possession is included in your monthly fee.
Caring for your clothes
You agree and acknowledge that you are renting any items and that ownership of the items remains with Borro at all times.
Please note that you are responsible for the items during the rental period, which includes keeping them in good condition by washing them in line with the manufacturer's instructions and not tampering with them by, for example, removing any labels. You must not sell or transfer the items to a third party.
Reasonable wear and tear to the items (including minor stains and small rips) is fully covered in your monthly subscription cost. If you lose any items or have any items which have serious damage, please contact us immediately via email (hello@borro-it.com), so that we can find a solution. At Borro's sole reasonable discretion, you agree that Borro can charge your payment card the full retail price of any items that are seriously damaged or lost.
Returns
You must return all Borro items rented, regardless of their condition. If you fail to return any items, we will contact you first by email to remind you of the return. If you still do not return the Borro item/s within 7 days from the reminder email, you agree that Borro may charge your payment card the full retail price of all Borro items that have not yet been returned.
Each separate order will start a new monthly subscription as you are charged for items when you checkout.
If you already have one subscription running and you order more items, your monthly subscriptions will be combined into single one. If, when you place a new order, your next regular payment date is more than two weeks away, the second payment for the new item/s will be added onto the original subscription at that point. Your subscription cannot be cancelled before that payment date. If, when you place a new order, your next regular payment date is less than two weeks away, the second payment for the new item/s won't be added on until the following regular payment date (i.e. at least a month from when you made the order).
Cancellation
Your monthly subscription will automatically renew and charge you every month. You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account, or emailing hello@borro-it.com, or returning all items you are currently renting. You will need to return your rented items for the cancellation to be effective.
