- Our sizing service:
- Comprehensive size guides to make sure you find something that fits - we've demystified the variation in sizing across different brands.
- Our quiz gives you personalised suggestions of clothes that are best suited to your little one's age, size and taste.
- Once you've subscribed, you can message us on our members-only whatsapp group for sizing and styling advice - want to know what's the warmest trousers we have with a relaxed wasitband in size 9-12 months? - we'll tell you!
- Our bundle service:
- Choose a bundle to take all the hassle away of choosing the right items. We'll put together for you a coordinated capsule wardrobe of 10 items to suit your style, that have similar sizing, and work together as mix and match outfits for the season.
- Feel free to choose your own items - they're all from the best ethical and organic brands which we've found so you don't have to.
- Check out our clothing checklists to give you an idea of what you actually need for each age range.
Relax
Once you receive your beautiful clothes, just relax and enjoy them, plus the benefits of being a Borro member!
- Stain insurance is included! Not to worry if you have a messy baby (we all do), insurance for stains and normal wear and tear is built into every item's pricing.
- If you really love something and want to keep it forever, just let us know and you can buy it from us at a discounted price.
- Our members-only webinars with parenting experts offer you a little helping hand. Currently we have one with a sleep consultant on How to Drop Night Feeds and we are planning more on topics like breastfeeding, weaning, gender stereotypes, and sleep training. Also check out our blog for more parenting tips on how to save time, money and the planet.
- Our members-only whatsapp group is a community for support, advice, and also any questions for our team.
Return
When you subscribe with Borro, we make returns easy peasy!
- Our flexible subscription service:
- Feel free to return all, or some of the clothes, whatever you don't need. Anything you return will be deleted from your subscription and you'll stop paying for it.
- All our packaging is reusable and comes with a pre-paid returns label.
- You can drop your parcel at any Evri ParcelShop or Inpost locker - no more queuing at the post office!
- Our cleaning and repair service:
- We inspect, wash, repair, and iron all returns - you don't even need to wash them before you send them back!
- Our clothes disposal service:
- If clothes have reached the end of their life, we make sure they're disposed of responsibly - no hassle of donating or recycling for you.
- You can even send us your other unwanted baby/kids' clothes and as long as they're from brands we stock, and in good condition, we'll give you credit off your next order. Another easy way of getting rid of clothes you don't need!
