Here at Borro, we offer sustainable and eco-friendly children's clothes on a monthly rental basis. All our clothes are eco-conscious and the sizes range from 0-3 months to 4 years old.

What if I stain or damage it?
Worried that renting is impossible because your baby is messy? This is a common concern and we want you to know we never charge for stains!
We understand that babies can make a mess, drop their food, or just get a bit grubby and clothes get stained. However, fear not! We want you to enjoy the clothes you rent from Borro and we would never charge you for staining. In fact, we don't even ask you to wash the clothes we give to you before returning them, because we do that all for you! When we receive rented clothes back we use a professional cleaning service to remove tricky stains.
As for minor tears and rips, we do our best to make repairs and ensure the clothes can be enjoyed again. And just like staining we never charge you for repairs.
Are the clothes pre-used?
All the clothes at Borro begin their journey brand new from the best organic brands like Mori and Kite. As our clothes are rented they are worn, returned, and professionally cleaned before heading back out to another family to enjoy. Regardless of whether you receive a brand-new item or a pre-worn item, each item of clothing will arrive in excellent condition, clean, ironed, and ready to wear.
The exact idea behind Borro is to reuse and care for clothing, which includes clothes that have been worn and loved by another child, but you’d never know it! We only send out quality clothing that we would be proud of our own little ones wearing! We are also proud to say that we only stock brands that make high-quality clothes that last, so we know our items look fabulous wash after wash, child after child.
All our clothes are put through a stringent quality control process which involves checking for stains or damage, treating and repairing them, removing any bobbles, plus washing and ironing!
Sometimes we encounter some really stubborn stains, that we can't get out, or an item starts to fade. If this happens but we think the item is still great quality, we pop it into our fabulous sale where you can pick up a bargain!
How much does it cost?
How much you spend depends on how much you rent. Our clothing and accessories are individually priced so you can decide whether you want to rent a specific item or a whole wardrobe.
Once you have picked out the pieces you would like to borrow your total is added up at the checkout. Items are priced at a flat monthly rate. You then pay that price every month until you return the clothes.
When you return the items, they are removed from your subscription price and you stop paying for them. This helps you to save money as you only pay for the items you need for the short time you need them, and prices start from as little as £1 per month!
There is no set subscription fee, you only pay for what you are using until you return them. Insurance is included in the price so you also don't have to worry about additional costs.
Furthermore, you are saving money on washing clothes because we do that for you too!
How long do I keep the clothes for?
However long you need! You just pay every month for as long as you have them.
We know how quickly babies and kids grow which is why renting is so great! There is no minimum renting period, although most of our renters keep our clothes for around three months.
You are welcome to return what you don't need and keep what you love for as long as you need it. Whenever you need something new, just make a new order on the website.
Then when you are ready, simply return the items you no longer need using the free returns label we send with every order.
How long does delivery take?
Concerned about waiting a long time for your clothes to arrive?
Once you have checked out online your order will arrive within 3 working days, packed in reusable packaging and including a returns label for you to send the clothes back to us safely. Delivery costs £2.99 which covers the cost of delivery plus the return of the clothes.
How do returns work?
Returning the clothes could not be easier.
All our clothes are delivered to your door in reusable packaging, with a prepaid returns label. When you receive the clothing, put the return label somewhere safe, and then when you are ready to send them back, package the clothes up and return them to us.
You can use the packaging that the clothes were sent in and then drop the returned clothes off at your local Evri Parcelshop or Inpost locker using the prepaid returns label.
Return all the clothes or just a portion, it's up to you. We are happy for you to hold onto your favourites a little longer and just return what you don't need. Once we receive your parcel, we remove the clothing from your subscription and you stop paying for that item.
